You deserve to have a smile that you are proud to wear. Our entire
dental team is dedicated to helping you achieve and maintain a healthy,
attractive smile for a lifetime. We have listed a few of the services
and benefits that we can provide for you.
According to the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, teeth
whitening is one of the most requested smile enhancement services
in America. Everyone wants a whiter, brighter smile! We offer two
easy ways to whiten your teeth.
If you want immediate results, you can schedule an appointment
for in-office power whitening. We will use a professional in-office
whitening system that will dramatically whiten your teeth in about
one hour!!
If you are more comfortable whitening your smile over time, we
recommend the use of custom made trays that you wear overnight.
We will show you how to load your whitening trays with the whitening
gel and wear them each night until you obtain the level of whiteness
for your smile. We recommend Opalescence Bleaching products, because
it is approved by the American Dental Association, and our patients
have had tremendous success.

If you have teeth that are broken, chipped, or misaligned; and
you are unhappy with their appearance, you may need crowns to cover,
protect, and restore your teeth. A crown (cap) simply fits over
the entire tooth to protect and strengthen it.
Crowns are custom made for you by our ceramic lab technician. Basically,
crowns can be made out of all porcelain, porcelain with a metal
core, or all metal. Typically, we use all porcelain crowns for any
tooth that is visible in your smile and porcelain/metal or all metal
crowns on the very back teeth which are not easily visible. If you
have ever noticed “the dark line” around an old crown
on yourself or someone else, that can be eliminated by using all
porcelain crowns.
Crowns can be used to change the appearance of your teeth while
strengthening them for improved function. Dr. Brown and Dr. Amos
can recommend the best options for you.
If you want to close spaces between your teeth, change the shape
of your teeth, repair chips or cracks in your teeth, or whiten your
teeth, Porcelain Veneers may be the solution for you.
Porcelain Veneers are custom made shells of porcelain that are
bonded to your natural teeth. They are similar to a contact lens
in thickness. The porcelain will actually strengthen your natural
teeth because of the chemical bond to your tooth.
Dr. Brown and Dr. Amos can design a new smile especially for you.

If you are missing one or more teeth, we have great news for you!
Dental Implants have revolutionized modern dentistry allowing us
to replace one missing tooth, several teeth, or all of your teeth.
You will be able to smile, speak, and chew with confidence. Dental
Implants will feel so natural to you that you will forget you ever
lost a tooth!
Dental Implants replace missing teeth by acting like the root of
a tooth. They are “root-shaped posts” that are easily
placed under the gum and then restored with a single crown, a bridge,
a partial, or a full denture.
There are numerous advantages to having dental implants. Some of
these include greater bone stability, stronger chewing ability,
more stabilized bite, improved facial and lip support, and no risk
of cavities. Dental Implant patients often return to our practice
and tell us they are much more confident about their smiles.
Dr. Brown and Dr. Amos will work with you to develop a plan that
is custom designed for you that will help you achieve the smile
you have always wanted. You can have confidence again in your smile.
Our patients love Essix cosmetic tooth aligners because the system
requires no brackets, no wires, or no bands like traditional braces!
The Essix system was developed over 20 years ago to align teeth.
The system consists of clear aligners that are custom-made to fit
your teeth. Each new aligner gradually repositions your teeth into
a smile you will be proud to wear. You can expect to have tooth
movement in just a few weeks to months.
If the idea of straightening your teeth appeals to you, but you
hate the idea of brackets and wires, Essix could be the solution
for you. Pleas feel free to contact DeAnn or Theresa at 757-546-5262
or info@tccrd.com
to schedule a time to discuss your specific needs.
