Payment Options/Insurance Benefits

We want to help you maximize your dental benefits. We can assist you in determining your coverage type, obtaining a breakdown of your benefits, and filing claims. Dental Insurance can be confusing, so please ask us if you have any questions. We also have many patients with pre-tax flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts, and we will help you with your reimbursement.

Our payment options include Cash, Checks, Debit Cards, Visa, and Mastercard. In addition, we can offer you financing through our financial partners that can provide you with special VIP financing of 6 months, no interest.

Practice Guidelines

We are committed to providing you with the best that Modern Dentistry has to offer. We want to communicate with you so that we prevent any potential misunderstandings. In order for our practice to serve you, we expect you to honor your reserved appointment time. Missed appointments will be charged accordingly. We believe that a missed appointment is a loss for three people: you and your dental care, another patient that needed dental care, and the team member you were scheduled with.
